This training is available for "new" Altar Servers.  Boys and girls currently in the 4th grade and up are invited to become Holy Family Parish Altar Servers!  Learn more about the Mass, the special items used in the Mass, and how to become a servant leader through one of the most important ministries in the Church.

Prerequisites:

• Must be in at least the 4th grade, or the summer entering 4th grade.
• All those wishing to serve should have already received holy communion for the first time.  
• A Parent will be requested to help the server complete a basic registration form (Server name, Parent name, Contact verification, etc.)
• Interested servers are encouraged to download and review the Altar Server Guide prior to their scheduled training.  

• New Altar Server Training is a hands-on training in the Church.
• Attendance is only required at one scheduled session in any of the locations offered.  
• After training, your child can serve in any Holy Family Church.    
• Training is led by an Adult from the Holy Family Altar Server Ministry Team.
• After training, Altar Servers should register through Ministry Scheduler Pro to start serving.
